Earth was once a pretty place
With gentle deer silhouetting the lake
And birds calmly chirping their flight
With hairy beasts lurking beside
Trees of almost every size.
Now she has become a merciless jail
Treeless lands and poisonous air,
Clouds of acid and plants of pain
No rabbits on run, no birds on open
What have we done to our precious earth?
It is high-time that we realize
What it means to be civilized
And preserve our earth’s glory
